OUR RANCH LEGACY STORY
L. Grosfield Ranch, operating for four generations, offers fee-based access to our 9000-acre family ranch. Our focus is on providing a recreational space for guests to enjoy nature while maintaining the ranch's integrity and heritage.

You must Check-in, in person every year at our convenience

Each successive visit after your initial check in, you must text or will be considered a trespasser.

Land access will not be permitted if fire danger is high.

Put all fires Out. No fires when conditions are dry – YOU are responsible Legally and financially for fire damage

Keep All vehicles including ATVs/UTVs on allowed roads Only.

No vehicles on muddy roads – walk, use a horse, or try another road

Leave gates as you find them; take everything you bring onto the ranch off the ranch.

Use of our property is for recreational purposes only And can be restricted at Any time.

Trespassers or Rule breakers will be asked to leave with no fee reimbursement.

This is a working 4th generation cattle ranch – everybody impacts the land.

Ranch is closed from December 1-August 15 except by express permission from owners.

Respect each other, us, our neighbors.

You are responsible to know property lines. If you access a neighbor’s property from ours without their express permission, you will be asked to leave and appropriate actions will be taken.
