OUR RANCH LEGACY STORY
L. Grosfield Ranch, operating for four generations, offers fee-based access to our 9000-acre family ranch. Our focus is on providing a recreational space for guests to enjoy nature while maintaining the ranch's integrity and heritage.
L. Grosfield Ranch Rules

You must Check-in, in person every year unless an exception has been made by owners

After initial check in, each successive visit, guests must check-in and check-out via text with ranch coordinator or you will be considered a trespasser

Only One non-hunting companion is permitted on the ranch at a time per pass

Ranch is closed from December 1-August 15 except by express permission from owners

Bright Headlights NOT permitted after dark by Ranch houses

KeeP All vehicles including ATVs/UTVs on allowed roads Only

Put all fires Out. No fires when conditions are dry – YOU are responsible for fire damage

Treat us, our land, and other guests / hunters with courtesy and respect

Avoid muddy roads – walk, use a horse, or try another road

Leave gates as you find them; take trash with you; make no “improvements” without permission

Use of our property is for recreational purposes only And can be restricted at Any time

Trespassers and Rule breakers will be asked to leave with no fee reimbursement

This is a working 4th generation cattle ranch – everybody impacts the land.
